Welcome to an advanced workshop that takes you beyond the surface and into the depths of inclusion and diversity. Focusing on exploring and understanding your own thoughts and feelings about these topics, we create a safe and open environment where you can express yourself freely and honestly.

Through a combination of reflective exercises, group discussions, and personal narratives, the workshop provides you with tools to articulate thoughts and feelings that may have never been expressed before. Charbel encourages deep self-reflection and open dialogue to promote increased awareness and understanding of your own role in creating an inclusive organization.

Charbel examines various aspects of inclusion and diversity, including privilege, prejudices, and microaggressions, and provides you with tools to identify and address these in your own organization. By challenging existing norms and expectations, we create a space where all feelings and experiences are welcome and respected.

The objective is not only to increase awareness of inclusion and diversity but also to provide you with tools to transform this awareness into action.
